Hey Everyone

Thanks for all the comments I am getting. I love to hear from others. I am adding some new pictures at the bottom of when we took Alexis to the zoo. Bryan's family came with us and we had a blast. Alexis really loves to watch all of the animals. While we were at the zoo we saw the White Alligator. It was very wierd looking. It was really neat to be able to see it in person.
Things are going well. Just staying busy with school and taking care of Alexis.

P.S. Bryan, I understand what you mean. I think that going to the fair and looking at the bunnies is fun. But maybe someday we could get one when Alexis is older. I think that we would all like it.

Utah State Fair

Last night we took Alexis to the fair. We had such a great time. We ate tons of yummy food and Alexis took a ride on her first pony. She wasnt to sure if she liked riding the pony but it was a good experience for her. I cant wait to take her again next year. Maybe even some day Bryan will let me buy a bunny, hint, hint. At the bottom of the web site are some pictures of us at the fair.

1st Birthday

Alexis turned 1 years old on July 23. I cant believe how time flys. Here are some pictures of her with her gifts and eating her cake. Many family and freinds came to celebrate this day with her. We all had a great time watching her explore all her new fun toys.

First Comment

I am so excited I have my first reader. Thanks Aubrey. I hope that everything is going well for your family. I bet the girls are getting so big. I cant wait to see them in December.

Some updates on Alexis are that she is becoming a very good walker. At first when she came to a step or a slope she would fall but now she can walk up the step and she kind of runs down the slope really fast. It is so funny to watch. She has also learned how to kick a ball. It only took Bryan and I maybe two or three times before she realized what we were doing. She is so short that she is actually kicking the ball with her knees and not her feet. But it is so cute to see her try to do what mommy and daddy do.

Math Class

Tonight I went to math class. I got my test back and I got a 94%. It is amazing how much fun math is once you understand what is going on. It is amazing how many years it took for me to finally understand. I think that math was one of the hardest obstacles in my life. I am glad that I am almost done with it. My teacher is this old guy that also teaches math at a junior high during the day. He is very nice but sometimes gets lost. It is so funny when people try to correct him. Sometimes we dont even correct him because we are getting to used to him writing down the wrong numbers. He is a really cute guy. There are these two guys in the back that love to talk and tonight he called them loud mouths as a joke. They love to talk to everyone and have something to say about everything. The class is actually really fun and very entertaining. I wish more of my classes had been just like this one. Hope everyone is doing well. I will write more later.

Lazy Day

Today Bryan has been cleaning the garage and Alexis and I have been watching movies. Alexis and I were watching the Hallmark channel. I really like to watch the movies that they show on Saturdays. Have any of you watched any of the movies on that channel? I just watched this show about this guy that fell in love with the girl next door. So original, but very cute. I liked the part about the lesson that the mothers learned about staying out of the way when the wedding plans are in progress. It was very cute. Hope that everyone is having a good weekend so far. I will write more later.

First Blog

Today has been a very busy day. I dont know how many of you know that Bryans truck has not been working so he has been driving my car for 2 days. Alexis and I have been hanging out at home enjoying the feeling that we dont need to be anywhere. Even if we wanted to go somewhere it would probably take us a while to get there.
Bryan just came down and told me that he has the truck fixed. It is about 11:30 pm and Bryan and his dad have been working on the truck since about 8:00 pm. But they have also spent three days trying to fix it. But I think they did a really good job. Justin, Bryans friend also came over to help.
Updates about Alexis are that she got her 4th tooth today. I am very excited that she is getting more teeth. It is alot easier trying to find things to feed her when she can chew them. She loves to eat the food that mommy and daddy are eating, so now it is getting easier to give it to her. I think she is tired of the baby food in the jars. One thing that she really loves are fruit snacks. She takes after her mother, because I also love fruit snacks. Alexis and I could eat them all day long if it was ok to do that.
